I just did translate these to English.
Books are classified into 6 colors: white---blue---green---yellow---red---purple
From cheap colors----High quality
*High quality gear not only has a higher starting boost, but the growth rate when enhancing will also be higher. A small difference in growth rate means a huge difference after you upgrade an item a few dozen times..The higher its quality, the higher the attribute growth in every enhancement.

How to get these books? You can get this from doing daily missions.. manual or auto.. Or in campaign like Wu Tse (green book in YSL stage clearance), A Hundred Wars (In MHL stage clearance) and Sun-Tse Treatise (from ming stage) Tai-gong Treatise (stage clearance reward in Jin-Liao) and ive read there also a purple book for super late stage.
